But first… What is a Podclub? A Podclub is like a book club, but with podcasts and TED talks as the conversation starters instead of books. We've reimagined the traditional networking format to create accessible, engaging discussions that fit into your busy schedule.

At The Exchange, we use thought-provoking content to spark conversations that matter to legal operations professionals. The result? An hour of connection, insight, and practical takeaways you can implement right away.

Session
Structure

Each monthly session lasts exactly one hour (12:30-1:30pm GMT) and follows a carefully designed format to maximise both connection and practical takeaways:

  • Setting the stage for the day’s session, house rules, speaker intro.

  • Our guest explains why they selected the podcast/TED talk and shares initial insights to frame our discussion.

  • Break into smaller groups to discuss your reactions to the content. What did you learn? What surprised you? What challenged your thinking?

  • Connect one-on-one with other participants who share your interests or might have solutions to your specific challenges.

READY TO JOIN THE CONVERSATION?

The Exchange on the second Tuesday of every month from 12:30 to 1:30 pm GMT. Our sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and valuable for all participants.
